I am so glad I found WireNine.com I was hosting my site at another hosting company before and my site was always down, so I decided to find a new hosting company to host my site, I signed up for two hosting company, one was supposedly very big and and highly rated by web designers, they billed our credit card and no reply for two weeks, did not provide the account. The other one had so many complicated sign up process and had to wait so long, then I found wirenine.com and they have very fast support and real time solutions. I am very much impressed! WireNine Just Keeps Getting Better

I found WireNine through a link on WHT.com. I was very concerned about picking hosts, because horror stories get to your head. I contacted Ali with at least 10-15 questions, and he answered every single one, most of them on the same day. This was before I was a customer. It turned out to be a great decision to go with them. I have relied on them for support throughout the whole process, and they have come through. Whether it be on the forums, or through the live chat; I have gotten all problems resolved within the days end. I now have two sites hosted on WireNine, (same hosting plan), and Support helped walk me through it. When they changed their plans, I was worried about paying a different price, but they promised I would keep my plan, and they have kept their promise. On top of that, Ive gotten genuine feedback on my site from the Ali and Anthony. Its like sprinkles on ice cream. I hope they keep their business plan as is forever!

I just wanted to say that I am impressed by the level of dedication and support that the WireNine staff exhibit. I have been with WireNine for many months now, and I have had a few issues with my site (www.thetechguides.com) along the way. Complete Confidence

When I was choosing a host, it was really confusing. There are just too many hosts out there. I'd find a host with a ton of good reviews, then in the next forum, I'd find just as many reviews about how bad they are. I had decided on a host probably five times before thinking about WireNine.

Why did I choose WireNine? Believe it or not, it's because I noticed how active one of the tech guys is in one of the major hosting forums. I knew right then and there that this wasn't a fly-by-night host. If the people who work here are dedicated to being part of the community, I believe that it is reflected in the service that is offered.

I was right. I've only been here for about four months, but I haven't had a single problem. Actually, I've run into a few obstacles (due to my own lack of knowledge about building/maintaining websites, not due to the host) and tech reps have helped me every time. It's nice to know that I can find a representative online (on your main page) and chat with him at almost any time of the day - it seems like that, anyway, I think I've seen that the customer service rep is "offline" only once since I've been here. And within an hour or so, somebody was back online, ready to help out. I am absolutely sure that if I have a problem, I just need to click on the main page's chat button, and I'll have a solution within minutes. Unbelievable.

The price is very fair, too. I've seen cheaper, but the other places get you to commit to a year (or two! ouch!) before getting the good prices. No way am I going to sign up for two years at a time. WireNine gave me the same price whether I want to be here for a month (to try it out) or any other longer period of time. Not once did I feel that this host was trying to make me commit to something I wasn't comfortable with. Plus, the normal WireNine rate is very competitive!

The actual services offered are incredible, too. All of the tools (and way more than I expected) are available. It's my first time using Fantastico, and I'm already hooked. It makes it so easy to add really interesting and professional looking things to your site.

If you're reading this and trying to decide whether or not to go with WireNine as your host, give it a shot! I never thought I'd be so confident about a web host.

soooo fast!

I just can't believe my eyes! I understand that when customers visit WireNine.com, they notice the page load up in a split second; but I would definitely advertise the speed ratings a little more! Before I was hosted with Ipowerweb (a very popular hosting company), and I lately decided to change my hosting considering the poor tech support and slow database connections. After looking around for quite some time, I came across WireNine and had a little chat with Ali. The tech support is super fast and my pages are also, super fast! I am very pleased with WireNine!

One of my members noticed the big difference in the speed and decided to sign up with WireNine today. I have 4 other sites I designed for customers which are currently hosted with Ipowerweb. When their contracts expire, on over to WireNine! I would definitely recommend making a page dedicated to customers web sites so that visitors of WireNine can see the tremendous speed!

Glad I found WireNine!

I've been from host to host for about 8 years now. This includes some of the major commercial hosting providers. WireNine is by far the best I've had bar none.
